The basic salary is based on skills, behavior, and performance and is meant to balance external market competitiveness with internal relativity. By participating in regular salary surveys we monitor our salary scale and ensure that they are competitive while also preempting reviews of base salary levels.
We believe in recognizing either an individual or a team’s performance in achieving objectives and targets through special bonuses and rewards under the Employee Performance Bonus Scheme while for employees directly involved in a sales deal or client acquisition we have instituted a Commission system to reward special sales efforts.
Employee Stock options are also recognized as an essential reward element to foster a participatory feeling among Datacore employees and ensure that they benefit from the company’s growth. |
